What the hell is wrong with people? Yay. It’s Groundhog Day. The groundhog saw his shadow! Oh no! Six more weeks of winter! Who didn’t see this coming!? I mean, there are only… 1, 2, 3, 4, 5… 6! Count them! Six weeks of winter (+4 days) left according to my calendar!

Honestly, I know what he means is cold and nasty weather and not just winter itself, but even Punxsutawney Phil (or Buckeye Chuck) cannot predict how the weather will be in Ohio. No one can, actually. I guess people just these little need reassurances in their lives – for the weather or anything else for that matter.

Food for thought: I’m hoping any additional lighting caused by video camera equipment from tourists and the media isn’t confusing the little guy.
