An eight year old? What? How can this be? It’s truly amazing that time has seemed to fly this fast. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to raising our kids. Somehow we’re doing it and hopefully doing it right.

Happy Birthday, son!

The party went well and the children had lots of fun. We made a Spongebob Squarepants cake and it didn’t come out too bad. It was delicious – and that’s what matters! Jacob had a great time with the family like always and I think he likes his gifts. Clothes, Scrabble Junior, Hot Wheels cars & track, a Sonic video game, and Star Wars Transformers. That should hold any little boy over until Christmas for sure.
