Congratulations again! My brother-in-law’s wedding was yesterday and looks like everything went very well. Jacob and Abigail were in the wedding party as the ringbearer & a flower girl and they did a great job. In fact, all of the kids were pretty well-behaved yesterday. Abi was a little fussy when she had to get her picture taken with everyone but once she got one in she warmed right up and was enjoying it. A collective “aww” went around the room when Jake and Abi walked down the aisle. Extremely cute, they were. The other two flower girls sprinkled their petals gently but Abigail didn’t have a hand free as Jake was holding her right hand to keep her at pace. She improvised and turned her basket upside-down, letting all of her petals fall at the same time. Very funny and cute.

At the reception, the kids were definitely showing off their dance moves as they called them. Abigail was spinning and jumping around; Benjamin was breakdancing on and off the floor; Jacob was grooving along to what looked like Saturday Night Fever. I’m not quite sure though. A good time had by all and we’re quite tired and sore still.

Re-found this video of the kids rocking out in the kitchen. The kids had just gotten a guitar and microphone from Papa Steve and they were just going silly with it. I resurrected it from kirby and tuned the quality a bit (really, I tried. it was darker… cheap camera), adding a few effects for effects’ sake. They’re way cute.

I re-made the video of the kids playing with their lightsabers. It’s pretty much the same version as the Flash one I made last year; just in streamable YouTube-ness. It’s a bit blurry but seeing how the original video files were 160×120 resolution from our digital camera, it’s fairly good enough. Maybe someday I’ll come across a copy of Adobe Premiere and rotoscope the lightsaber blades…
